SN 75-85 Boeing Stearman Model: E75 Navy Designation: N2S-5 / PT-13D Built in 1943
This N2S-5 was one of the last production runs of the Stearman Trainers by Boeing. It has been delivered to the Navy in 1943. Like most of these airplanes it was sold by the US Government as military surplus when the war was over, and afer decades of civil service its flying days ended as agricultural airplane in the 1980's. Soon it was disassembed, preserved and finally put into storage together with our other Stearman, from where we recovered this airplane.
